KIVORAPAY PRODUCTS

Pay bills with crypto in Nigeria

Your crypto can help cover everyday expenses. KivoraPay turns supported crypto deposits into a naira balance you can use for available Nigerian bill payments, with payment details and status in your account.

Airtime and data for your day

Choose an available mobile network, enter the recipient’s phone number, and select the airtime amount or data plan. You can pay for your own line or someone else’s. Check the number, network, and plan before confirming: a payment sent to the wrong number may not be reversible.

Electricity and TV payments

Select your electricity provider or TV service in the app and enter the requested meter or account details. Where account validation is available, check the returned customer details before making the payment.

Available providers, plans, and prices can change. The options shown in the app are the ones to use when making a payment. For prepaid electricity, keep the receipt and token details shown for your completed purchase.

How crypto funding becomes a bill payment

Funding and bill payment are separate steps. USDT and USDC deposits use Solana; Bitcoin deposits use the Bitcoin network. Always follow the deposit address and network instructions displayed in your account.

After the required confirmations and processing, the deposit funds your naira balance. You then select and confirm a bill payment. Review the conversion details, service fees, and total before proceeding. Network fees may apply when sending from an external wallet.

Track payments and get help

Check transaction history for the payment reference and current status. A pending transaction is not a final confirmation of success or failure. Avoid submitting the same payment again while its outcome is unresolved.

For help, contact support@kivorapay.com with your transaction reference and a description of the issue. Never send your password, verification code, or transaction PIN.

Get started, step by step

  1. Create your account and complete any verification required for the service.
  2. Fund using a supported asset and the exact network shown in your account.
  3. Choose a bill, check the recipient details, and review the total.
  4. Confirm the payment and follow its status in transaction history.

Common questions

Do I pay the bill provider directly in crypto?

You fund your KivoraPay balance using supported crypto first. The bill payment is then made from your naira balance through the available service provider.

Can I pay a family member’s bill?

You can enter the recipient’s phone number, meter number, or TV account details for the supported service. Carefully check the details before confirming.

Are all bill payments instant?

Processing depends on the service and provider. Crypto funding also requires network confirmation and processing. Check the status in your account rather than assuming a payment has completed.
